Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Non-Returnable Items

• Clearance or final sale items

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@tysonmarketing.store with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions, including the return shipping address.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, email us at support@tysonmarketing.store with a photo of the issue.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

• Contact your credit card company—it may take time before your refund is officially posted

Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After that, the order is likely processed and cannot be canceled.
